I did a Masquerade Ball with North Wales Promotions, which was a first for me. It was a blast and everyone got into the spirit of the event pretty quickly. I arrived early and there were soldiers camped outside with cannons and tents! There was someone with LED poi sticks from North Wales Promotions, a pro-photographer to take snaps of people in their amazing costumes and the soldiers carried out enactment, which included firing the cannon which did make me jump.
Everyone looked fab and really enjoyed the music which is a big plus for me as a DJ as the guests were probably expecting chart toppers and not quite the eclectic blend I put together. The ballroom at Glynllifon that North Wales Promotions used for the event was exquisite with its black and white marble floor, marble pillars and enormous fireplace.
A great experience with some thoroughly nice people and a fantastic atmosphere, and a performance I would love to repeat in the near future.

I have only known Emma Bailey since May 2012, when she was organising a Masquerade Ball (or Midsummer Masque as it was actually called) as a charity event as North Wales Promotions. If this event is a testament to Emma’s organisational and entrepreneurial skills, then to any future and potential promotional client, their product is safe and will be dealt with in a professional positive way.
The Ball which I attended with friends, was an evening I will never forget, from excellent food, a bar, and almost non-stop eclectic music from a DJ. Furthermore, as the venue was a beautiful Grade II listed mansion, I felt it was an added bonus that there were historic military re-enactors (Anglesey Hussars) on hand to further entertain us. The overall effect was dreamy and sublime.
So much do I trust Emma in her endeavours, as a further testament, I would feel honoured to be able to work alongside her in the future.
